Sir, the word 'encyclopedic' was invented for you.

Sir, the word 'encyclopedic' was invented for you.

Thats not what my wife calls it 'petrol/diesel head' when she is being complimentary but i deal with masses of data all the time and my 'forensic' ability is substantial. In fact Chris555(formerly Olpoyob) and wampa thought that i was more obssessive than even they were at one time.

So - Come del gioco di colore!!

This is the colour split for AGP full year 2009 and YTD to end Aug 2010

    White      117     40.07%
    Red           98     33.56%
    Black         77     26.37%

So Black is the colour to have if you want to be exclusive and here is a statotastic fact in the 8 months of 2010 Black AGP's have been registered in just 3 of them (and they were consecutive) and that accounted for 18.2% of all Black AGP's ever registered in the UK 2009 2010.

Trust this has given you your statoholical fix for the day.

Fascinating. Seems white is the most popular colour.

I wonder what are the figures for A500C - excluding these dealer demonstators and Abarth's own cars. I know, I'm being picky but good honest numbers are what I like to read. No spin, no massaging or no creative accounting.

Now this is the right thread for my inquiry

Surprised to see red so popular.

I wonder what are the figures for A500C - excluding these dealer demonstators and Abarth's own cars.

That's pretty much all that's been registered so far, given the odd one or two.  We'll have to wait a while for customer deliveries and registrations to trickle through before we can see any kind of trend.  And, given the glacial pace these things are moving out of the factory, we could be waiting quite a while.

Although now I've said that, I wonder if Delaney's statistical powers extend to interrogating the factory order system...

Well i can let you know that BLACK is the rarest colour for the A500C (so far).

There is another issue with the A500C which i have also been trying to sort is the BiColour classification under colours. My current data tends to suggest that the Scorpion/Gara (Exoticaholic's choice) is shown under WHITE (as the main chassis is white) and obviously Pista/Campovolo is under GREY i await some feedback on this one in fact Exoticaholic you might be able to assist on this when your YTM arrives (I will PM you about this).

The split of the 38 A500C between 'the network' and customers
Well customers - on the forum  fizzio has a Grey A500C but that was a 1st Sept 60 plate so not in the 38 but around 10 would be customer cars.

I trust this goes some way to an answer.

So very sorry but understandably the A500C is causing some STATOHOLIC excitment with certain Abarthisti's

UK A500 Registrations to end Aug 2010
    2008          0
    2009    1,134
    2010       798

    TOTAL  1,932

Well i can let you know that BLACK is the rarest colour for the A500C (so far).

Remember, black's not available on the 'C'.  Both black and Funk White are tin-top only colours at the moment.

So my logical theory is completely wrong!!!!!!!!
My current data tends to suggest that the Scorpion/Gara (Exoticaholic's choice) is shown under WHITE (as the main chassis is white)

So the 2 Blacks must be 2 Scorpion/Gara Bi Colours!!!

Many thanks Alex it shows that assumptions should be verrified i just didn't think to check about solid black.

Nice work so far, pretty rare by the sound of it.

I will be glad to assist you once I lay my hands on it!

Thanks for the info Delaney... geek-loads of data, (sadly, for my wife) I thrive on that kind of thing too  :thumb:

Surprised to see red so popular.

Me too - I've only ever seen one Black and three red in the metal... loads more white ones.  Perhaps all the reds and blacks are owned by introverts!
