Whiskerless mesh grill
« on: January 22, 2023, 12:28:12 pm »
Dear all,
Sorry, me again.
My eldest who wants to drive ASBO through Halfords and throw everything on it, like supermarket Sweep, doesn’t know or do subtle!
However, he has found something I’m quite taken with and like the look of.
It’s a medium size hole mesh grill in place of the chrome/black front whiskers with an Abarth badge in place.
To allow you to see what I mean, I've found a couple of very good examples on YouTube.
Please search YouTube for these.

On this one it looks like a purpose made grill because it appears to have a frame around the edge of the hole and attached to the mesh (finishing the hole off).
Does anyone know who, what or where this can be obtained from?
Any links etc would be grateful
Thank You

There are a lot of videos on modifying the front of an Abarth.

    124 Abarth Replica,
    Sorry for the late reply.
    Spot on.
I've also had repleis elsewhere I've posted.
Most that do this mod simply practice their cutting skills, then remove the bumper and bite the bullet cutting their own bumper and then fitting the mesh grill of their choice behind.
    Thanks for the image.
