Has anyone ever had a call returned from this lot???
 My car was booked in for a check on a few things, mark the service manager left the day after he checked out my car, he told me he would get the work on warranty. .....but as he left no one has taken over his role so no one knows of my car...  shower of clowns. Im going up now and im mighty p*ssed off as the guy I spoke to 10 days ago was to chase it up....
Most useless mob ive ever dealt with....

    Speak to Gordon(I think his name is), anytime I have had any issues or questions he has always been very swift at getting this sorted out. Really nice guy too.

    When i was in the process of buying both my cars from them over the last few years I hardly ever received calls from them telling me how things were going. You would have thought they didn't want the sales!!  >:(

    Got a call back from them just last week telling me my faulty aerial (no radio reception) would not be covered under the third year warranty and it would cost £170 for them to change it  :thumbd:. The did say that the car (61 plate 500 with 14800 miles) needs new rear mounts and wheel bearings  :o but these are covered by the warranty.

    I've had the opposite experience, they called me to book my car in for an mot even although it was already booked in with them. They didn't believe me and I almost had to send them the email confirmation they sent me to prove it....
    Just remembered, I am still waiting on them to let me know that my free winter survival kit (which I should have got in October) is available.....what are the chances?

    My first service is due,so we will see how things go
    They are normally ok, for service,but there is no communication
    Between any of the, departments
