Title: Anybody done a TD04 swap T-Jet?

A little stuck, the water cap I received with the TMC TD04 kit it different to the water lines on my Grande Punto? Where can I get a plug for my water line, also do I need to cut my old oil return line and use the rubber pipe to join them?
