I've started doing mine today.
You can access the fog lights by releasing part of the arch liner, 3 screws and one 10mm nut, then pull the liner out of the way.
Unfortunately, you've got to remove the black fog surround without breaking the lugs.
Three bolts hold the bracket to the bumper, once off 3 screws hold the fog light onto the bracket, one either side of the light and one underneath.
