Has anyone in the uk fitted one of these plug and play units yet? if so what are your opions on it and how will it affect the warranty?

    badly if they find it on the car (if you stupid enough to take it to the dealers with it on :P)  or if they find out you have been using it.... it would just affect the warrantee in exactly the same way as if you'd had a remap.

    just a quick one where is this "plug and play" actually pluged into... does it go straight into the ECU? - its not somehting iv every had anything to do with.;

    It's plugged to 4 "sensors" and 1 "mass" (or maybe ground? where you discharge "bad electricity").

    - Throttle valve sensor ("butterfly" sensor)
    - Camshaft position sensor
    - pressure sensor on induction manifold
    - plugged to the overboost sensor

    +

    - mass (ground)

    No signs on the original ECU whene you disconnect the chipbox
