Hi all.Does anybody on here have Xenon lights on their AGP? And if so what are the best bulbs to go for?

HID kit 6000k bulbs from HID Direct, they are amazing, make one hell of a difference and they are very helpfull if you have questions on fitting the kit.
I managed to wire it all up, thats the easy part. The only part I couldn't do was secure the new bulbs in place as they are bigger than standard but my garage done it in 1 minute literally so no charge.

I'll take a pic tonight of the lights on  You can get 8000k or more for deeper blue colours if you want but I went for 6000k which have a hint of blue.

Smart just ordered kit myself are they easy to fit?

Pics of the HID 6000k kit, also thinking of getting so H1 xenon bulbs for my fog lights so they match the colour of the headlights.

Wow i like the look of those. I wonder how hard it wil be to fit the fog lamps??

If you have problems just give them a ring and they'll advise you over the phone, like I said it was getting the bulbs in that were the problem due to the lack of room under the bonnet. It might be easier to just take it to a garage to fit as won't take them more than 15 mins 

just a bit of a technicality but as the channel isles aren,t part of the UK could the lighting regulations be a bit different?

For xenon lights to be legal they must be equipped with an auto levelling device and have headlight washers (easy for the police to see if they are missing) according to the local press a few cars around here (boyracers?) have been pulled and fined for using xenon upgrade kits without these features.

Just remember this if you decide on fitting these  id hate for a forum member to be involved in an accident at night and the other road user to say they were blinded by their lights  dont think the police would be impressed

Maybe the Channel Islands do have different laws to the rest of the UK then as the police said nothing to me after checking my headlights etc  Either way what difference to a bright headlight is a washer going to make, thats like putting your windscreen wipers on if someone shines a torch at you through your window as you driving 
As long as you have the lights dipped down so that they're not blinding people I can't see the problem.

It maybe something to do with the light scatter coming off the dirty lens.
