Black i think is a great colour, how easy wood it be to put red wing mirrors and maybe red strips on a new one (do you think a dealer would do it for £100 if you bought a new one) seen it on a 500 abarth it looks ace...

Red wing mirrors would look a bit odd to me. Red stripe would be nice though. A dealer doing it for you? if you pay (maybe a bit more) i cant see them saying no. Money is money. John can answer this better though.

I've only ever had black cars. Was time for a change for me. Didn't think it stuck out enough for an GPA. but personal preference ofc  :)

Yeah iv got a black sporting now and i love it! when its clean!! wouldn't have got my Abarth in any other colour.

It was ordered and paid for on October 3rd but is built to spec so arrival date is 20th November subject to change.

Not too sure about the red stripes and mirrors though...not really my cup of tea.  ::)

The only official stripes are red and white, the wing mirrors come in primer, so what you do with them after you've bought them is not my buisness. The covers just pull of and on, so take 2 minutes to fit after they have been sprayed.
Funny story, A customer bought a white Esse Esse last week. When questioned about putting the red wing mirror covers on, he replied "No thanks, my mates will think i've been down the scrappy, and can't get the right colour ones!!!". He did ring back later and had them fitted.

HAHA! great  ;D i was worried that red wing mirrors wouldnt go well with a skydome.. was thinking i would have to change them. I wont be doing that now though. It looks stunning with the red wing mirrors and skydome combo  ;D

None of the Abarth models will ever be sold in huge numbers as I understand it, so it should always retain a healthy degree of exclusivity.  It's a bit of a riot at the moment - I was collecting someone from the train station the other day and some guy ran through traffic to come over and talk about the car.  Something like that has happened every time I park the car so far.

someone did that to me when i had my gtv, i found it quite unnerving!

Dropped someone off in town earlier and had a small crowd form around me.  I'm beginning to get a complex now!

I've seen a 500 abarth on ebay italy that is black with red mirrors, thats where i got the idea from looked really nice. Why are they letting the 500 get all the cool stickers and mirror options and just letting the gpa have it on option with white.  Such a shame
