Abarth Grande Punto insurance

Group Type D: "Does not meet the security requirement for a car of this type and the group rating has therefore been increased. (e.g. A group 9 car where the security requirement is not up to Thatcham’s minimum standard for that group will be listed as a 10D.)"

Security T2: "An immobiliser that has been judged to comply to the Thatcham criteria."

Note: The ABI and most insurers describe the cars as FIAT PUNTO (GRANDE) ABARTH TJET and FIAT PUNTO (GRANDE) ABARTH SS TJET.

    So, basically, because it hasn;t got an alarm, it knocks it up a group or two?

    but GPA has an alarm (volumetric i think)...and you can fit a periferic alarm at the dealer...

    Just found my insurance to be cheapest with M&S  ??? I'm only 26, i thought they would specialise in old people.

    No Nurburgring exclusion either.
