Not reaching full boost

Hi all,

I've noticed the boost gauge is not reaching all bars when I put the foot down - still getting boost but last 3 bars aren't being filled... could this be a potential boost leak or solenoid issue?

Doesn't feel too down on power - it's an AGP Esseesse. Thanks

    Mines is the same it's only when I go flat out. It might be something to do with turbo protecting its self from damaging after full throttle. Not really sure though.
