stone chip...

anyone got any advice on who to use? the stone chip is on my bonnet, totally down to the metal, about the length of a finger nail...

    you could use Chipsaway or one of the other national franchises...Ive had a good job by them on a Merc and a bad job on a Porsche.

    Why not try to do it yourself with touch up paint applied with a cocktail stick...build up a series of layers and when it gets up to existing paint level leave it to harden off and then Tcut it in...you might be surprised at what a good result you can get. remember the touch up is water based so if you make a blunder wash it off and try again.
