    Modern cars do not need to be "run in". Drive it as normal and after about 2500 miles you will notice it will get "looser" and should be noticeably quicker.

    So i wont harm it using its power from the word go?? i didnt know that. was told to go steady in my 1.9 at the start. Is a diesel is different?

    Diesel is a lttle bit different, the engines seem to be a bit tighter from new. Our first NP demo has now done about 3000 miles and been driven hard by every man and his dog. Its now nice and loose and driving really nicely.
