    You should get them as an accessory via FIAT. I have seen the pedals. The Scuff Plates would be exclusive to the Abarth 500 so any A500 should be fine. Just as parts deptent at an Abarth dealer that they are the ones you want for the Abarth and they can look them up for you as they would be listed as a production installed part.
