Hello Team!

I'm Jim from Edinburgh and I've just joined the forum as a way to learn about the current Abarth community and cars while I ponder getting into the pool with you, so to speak!

I've owned many Italian cars since I learned to drive in '91 and at the time missed out on my heart's desire; a Mk1 Uno Turbo. I'm probably looking to fix that with one of the most currently desirable Italian vehicles out there (in my mind- and I have high standards!) a 500 Abarth.

Such a purchase is not to be taken lightly and I would be looking to be an owner for at least the next 10 years and would be going to great lengths to guarantee the longevity of the car.

So here I am, to learn and listen and read...

    Id suggest going down to fiat edinburgh and having a test drive.
    Although be warned once tried you will be hooked!  ;)

    When I first went along to AC in Edinburgh the didn't seem to keen on me having a test drive so I drove to Springburn and bought one from there instead!

    The exact same happened to me so I bought from Glasgow as well.

    Thankyou for that- I'm toying with that very concept of heading to Sighthill this afternoon for a sniff.
