    whats wrong with a volvo we have a lovely v70 225 bhp mister cookie lost his licence in it doing 135 only clocked him at 116.7 only i gave him  ???6months ban 'what kind of volvo :wave:

    Its a 1998 V70XC, 190bhp 2.4T  ;D
    Listed for £1400 and I got it for 925. Not bad for an estate Volvo with AWD!
    Its an amazing car miss cookie! I have always loved Volvos and got quite a bit of stick at work for buying one, but its just too damn impressive for me to take notice!
    Ouch 116 clocked? Has he got it back since?

    My dad ran one of those for a good 7 years, kept extending his company lease hire on it  :thumb:

    We've had a pair of Swedish bricks so far, 240 series and we have a huge hankering for another. Really shocked someone on the ferry on Sat when we got out the car an commented 'nice motor!' to him  ;D

    he has it back now we got stick about the volvo to( flat cap and slippers)spring to mind  :whistle:it just eats the miles on the road and a lovely diesel engine to. thats a lot of car for your money you did well there nice car to :wave:
