Hello, Just thought I would introduce myself as I am hoping to take delivery of a new Abarth 500 in Campovolo Grey with black stripes and 17 inch 10 spokes on Wednesday. Its been a while since I looked forward so much to a new car even though I have had some interesting cars in the past such as a Golf GTI 1.8 turbo a JCW CooperS and a BMW Z4 3.0. When I get the car if I can work out how.I will try to post some pics.

    Hi Adam,

    I was given my new reg number on Friday but dealer still a bit vague as to definite delivery date. I am assuming Wednesday as it is first of the month. Fingers crossed.

    I'd give them a call tomorrow and ask for a date if you're hoping for Wednesday. If you're relaxed then no issue. I would have expected them to have confirmed if it was definitely Wednesday.

    Hi

    Just had a call from dealer to tell me that my car has arrived but instead of black stripe it has a red one and I had ordered 10 spoke 17 inch wheels however he informed me that car has arrived with " the new 17 inch wheels for the 2015 model" but I can't see these on any website. Does any one know the wheels he is talking about ? and what would you do? PS I quite like red stripe .

    I would prefer the red stripe.

    The wheel may be the Competizione 180 wheel, can they send you an image?

    GT Martin, those are the OZ alloys from the Biposto you have posted up, not the Tributo wheels from the Competizione ;)

    How can they get an order so wrong, that is worrying as I sit anxiously waiting on my own car :\

    Hi I've just been to see the car and the wheels are the 16 in option . The sales guy is having the wheels changed as ordered but I quite like the red stripe and mirrors. Decisions  decisions!!

    Did you spec the car and order it or is this a pre-registered car already built?? I ask because I bought mine as a pre-reg and it arrived from the dealer compound with totally different wheels. White petals on a Record grey car!!!

    The dealer did change them to 10 spoke as had been agreed.
