Thinking of trading up
« on: June 05, 2010, 10:45:56 am »
Hi, I'm new here and thinking of trading in my 57 GP Dynamic multijet for an Abarth GP or the new Evo version.
Anyone any idea of a trade in value of a low mileage one owner car with sunroof/dual zone climate?

I've driven the new Alfa Mito Cloverleaf and liked it very much.

Will the new Evo Abarth have the Cloverleaf's adjustable suspension/dampers and the new short throw 6 speed box?
In other words have FIAT taken the Coverleaf mechanics and put them in an Evo body?

Not sure about the gearbox would make sense for them both to have the same box i guess.

The dna with adaptive ride wont be in the Punto Evo ....maybe in the futre or as an option who knows  ???

Definately no adaptive suspension and I think the box is different, not sure as i haven't driver the Cloverleaf Mito.
Box is lovely in the APE though :thumb:

    Thanks for the replies.

Shame about the adaptive damper situation as it made a real difference to the ride on the Cloverleaf, ie. very comfortable on our very bad roads compared to my GP.

It sounds as if they have fitted the new gearbox, it was very positive and pleasant to use.

Any good deals John501, using my GP against a GPA or APE?
