Well I finally did it!

Thought it was about time I stopped loitering and introduced myself properly.

I'm Will, I'm 23 and live in the South East (Kent to be precise).

I finally plucked up the courage and today, signed on the dotted line for my first Abarth ;D

It's a September 2009, Abarth Grande Punto EsseEsse in Velocity Red and Titanium wheels.

It's also has the SkyDome roof and Climate Control, which makes it just that little bit more special (IMO of course)!! :)

I took some pictures today but due to it being very overcast and using my camera phone they didn't come out very well..  Will post more up on Saturday when I pick it up

    Hey Will,

    Good choice and you will have fun ;D.  It's been 2.5 years for me and the fun hardly ever stops.  It only stops on snow and ice downhill or in 50 cm floods, but that's all.  Let us know how you like your car.

    From Ashford, so kind of middle-ish :)

    I've attached two pictures, red one being my new toy (picture shamelessly stolen from AutoTrader) and the blue one is my current diesel runabout that is going on Saturday..  Will be sad to see it go! :(

    Hi Will.

    Yes, I understand.  Not great to see the previous Punto go.  However, after getting used to the GPA you won't be sad anymore.  I've been there just the same, ditching Sparks for Scorpi.  It was hard, and it took me some time, but now I am glad I did it.  Just for the torque in 6th gear, and the disk brakes all around, and the Sports button that never ever comes off, even in bad weather.

    Thanks for all of the warm welcomes :D

    In all honesty I've had quite a few problems with the Sporting, it's been back 4 times in as many months for warranty work..  Which still isn't completely fixed, so I'm really looking forward to a change!

    I need to think of a name for her now, she's only got 3200 miles on the clock so I'll be pretty much running her in! ;D
