Which one to get?

Hello all! I want to become a 595 Abarth owner.
My brother had one and now its time for me to have another hot hatch to "nip" about in. Ive missed the grunt and a turbo whistling, not looking to spend big money (under 10k) ideally 7k ish. Will I get one with the garrett turbo as standard for this sort of price?

Basically I want you to just point me in which model to go for and best value in terms my budget.

    I have been searching just thought be worth a post if I miss on anything big, but from my understanding the 165bhp and 190bhp have the garrett turbo. just cant find what year they came in to place, 2015 on the competizione?
