"Carlo's" four month update.
« on: November 03, 2011, 08:28:18 am »
Having had the car since July, I thought I would post an update.  Firstly the car is running well and nothing to report there.  I did buy the FIATECUSCAN leads to use with my ELM 327 V 1.4, and they worked well after buying the license, it allows you to enter many modules and diagnose any fault lights.  I have a few mods done and  I'd like to do more  which include a BMC bov, SS exhaust.  I went to Daron, TMC in August to have my box fitted, and can only report and continue to praise this little box, the difference is good and strong and I seem to keep the fuel lights steady, don't like to press the loud pedal too often lol.   I have changed the drl's and had the rims refurbished.  The car is a daily runner but not on long distances my wife does the shopping in it mainly.  It still makes me smile when I see it sitting in the car park.  I have started my winter prep, but may just leave him in the garage if the snow comes.  The only differences I have seen are; my bonnet scorpion is facing towards the front of the car and not the front window and the rear Esseesse badge is placed on rear bottom corner of the boot??? Well it makes him different again.  More happy motoring to come.  :-)
