Finally found an abarth

Super excited to be collecting a 595 competizione 2016 with performance pack fitted ( carbon fibre sabelts light weight alloys and limited slip diff ) dealer has offered 3 years servicing for £452 is this worth doing ?? Opinions please as I have until Sunday to take up this option when I collect the car

    Welcome along Graham :)

    Excellent car choice there! Servicing for 3 years, that's up to you, I took out a service package with my dealer and have been very happy with the work. I only do it on cars in warranty though, out of warranty I use local garages etc.

    Thank you for the approval !! Decided it had to be a competizione it'll certainly feel rapid compared to the twin air panda I had before !!!! I've costed it and it is definitely cheaper than the seperate servicing and your absolutely right it'll be looked after by a specialist after the warranty expires

    Many thanks , the colour is really nice in the flesh. The car has been very well behaved quiet when your bumbling around town with a nice rumble when pulling away, when you get adventurous it's loud and very sure footed but the diff will give your arms a real good work out !! The brembos are of course awesome but on a good B road the hazards seem to be flashing before every corner lol very happy with it  ;D

    Picked up exactly the same car today. Pictures don't do the colour justice. I drove from Epsom to Leeds straight up the M1, the amount of stares I got was unreal, not quite as many as my old Clio V6, but not far off. Has a lovely sound to it, and feels quite eager from the off (heard a few stories of some feeling a bit sluggish while running in).

    Beats stereo is epic too. In fact, I might just go for a drive and find some tunnels now...

    I know what you mean, sounds amazing just sat warming up in the garage ! I'm waiting for a complaint from the neighbors about the noise  :o

    See your in bordon so yes it's me you see on a Monday morning  ;D
    I take my eldest daughter to school on a Monday and she insists on the " scorpion car " not whatever boring thing work give me ( currently an auris  :( )

    I have a record grey 595 comp Graham and have done for the last 2/3 years  ;D

    Yeah, would be good to meet up and see what the new 595 looks like as I haven't seen one up close yet.
