Does it sit lower over the H&R's now, or was this purely for adjustability purposes.

I'm not 100%, I took no measurements but the rear is certainly no lower than H&Rs, the springs might of even been a tad lower. The front is where there is more adjustment, it could go another 30mm plus I reckon but where it sits now is perfect I think, a tad nose down.
The main benefit has just been a less bouncy ride over spring & damper and more firm feel, a bit more planted/flat through corners.
