hey all, thought id show you all my new abarth gp. picked it up today from sg petch in york!.... fantastic garage by the way and the abarth specialist - jonny - is a sound guy, highly recormended

well heres a few pics, standard abarth (having assetto or esse esse kit fitted later - will decided when i have some more money lol), cruise control, sub, climate control,

first inpressions. FANTASTIC beats the crap out of my mjet and i loved that car. having only ever drived a skoda fabia, volco s40, mjet, vecra sri, zafira sri, renault traffic and kango i am probably not the person to talk about great handling cars, however the car seemed a lot more poised and less prone to understeer than my previous mjet, the seats are a LOT better and hold you adiquatly. as for the power havnt fully tested it out didnt want to start ragging it everywhere straight out of show room but i have drove it about 60% and it brought a BIT smile to my face which co-incidently has just come back as i type this thread 

all in all as a quick summery from my first day of ownership i highly recormend the car, its got class, and an alful lot of style compared to its rivals, it might be down on power to say something like a vxr corsa or a clio.... but i dont really care... - have you seen the quality of the interior of the vxr   

anyway -

regrets - none apart from i wish i had gone for the red abarth strips... will have to get them fitted later! - i and an abarth t-shirt, forgot to pick one up... they looks really good

No I've not seen an abarth on the road yet but I'll keep an eye out for you. If you see someone waving franticaly at you in a black fiesta it's me.

Get the Esseesse dude if you got the cash and can stretch it that far - you wont be sorry! It does make a good difference from the 155bhp!

thank you mate its nice to have a bit of encouragement, a few people think its a lot of money for what you actually get, but i deffinatly want it!... by the way what did it do to your insurence? and how old are you?
