I like the new look (but also liked the old look).

My only comment is that perhaps the wording that people are putting in as a reply doesn't stand out quite as well as it could. It seems to get lost in amongst the quotes from earlier replies and also people's strap lines (like mine below).

In the post above, "See what happens when you leave"  and  "Bank holidays must be banned for good" look virtually the same.

I'm getting used to the new layout but I'm starting to use the forum in a different way.
I'd prefer if the subjects didn't have 'started by' bit under them.  It would be a lot clearer.

    The banner's better.

Flashy changeable pics still a little wide for my liking; pretty, but wide.  And cant lose it because of the "recent unread" link.

    I'll cope.

You haven't noticed the clever little change Alex made yet then?

Damn this encroaching presbyopia.  Too subtle for me.

    Cheers Chris.

Fine work Alex.  One more happy punter.

    Hi all
There used to be an area where you could see a complete list of all members.
I'd occasionally want to look someone up via this list and then send them a PM or use that info to search for something they'd posted before etc.
Seems to have been removed. Any chance of it returning?

Is there still a commercial section?

    This should answer your question.

The vast majority of posts and information have been transferred from the old forum, although some sections are still off-line for the time being.  All our commercial arrangements expired naturally at the end of their agreed term, giving us the opportunity to relaunch the Commercial Area with a host of new and interesting suppliers in the coming weeks.
