Hello Everyone,

Moving forward, Tapatalk will no longer be available on Abarth Forum. AutoGuide has made available for your download the AutoGuide App, available to Apple and Android Phones and Tablets. It’s available as a free or paid version. You can find it by searching “AutoGuide” in the app store or by clicking here: http://www.autoguide.com/mobile/

The functionality of the free vs. paid app is the same; however, the major difference between the two is the presence of the advertisements, or absence thereof, respectively.

For users who access the forum using a mobile browser, you will not be prompted to download the app every time you access the forum. The prompt is cookie-based and will only happen once every 30 days, unless you delete all the cookies off your mobile device or use the browser’s incognito mode.

    What a shame.   Why mess with something that works very well?  Tapatalk is great with the forums I'm interested in all in one place.

    It's probably for commercial reasons the Auto Guide app has adverts.  Now the new owner has bought the forum, they need a return on their investment.

    Tapatalk doesn't have ads, so they aren't making money out of us.  I guess that's capitalism.  If it keeps the forum going I guess it's still a positive :/

    Hey guys,

    I'm very sorry about any inconvenience this is causing to users as this was not our intent. We have decided to use the AutoGuide app as our app for the forum because we have full control over the app. when we would have an issue with the TapaTalk app we would have to wait until the issue was resolved by TT, which could take a while.  In the future we will be able to resolve issues faster.

    Now that Tapatalk has been disabled I went to check out Autoguide for ios.

    Tapatalk gets about 4 stars in the reviews ( out of 5) Autoguide scrapes through with one and nobody has a good word to say about it.

    Doesn't look like progress to me and I for one don't plan on installing it.

    Autoguide stopped working a few weeks after the switch.  I've reported it a couple of times to the owners but they don't seem interested and haven't responded.  This is a browser only forum for now.

    Have to admit, only check this forum when I have my laptop on, check all the others on tapatalk several times through the day. To small for my phone. Seemed fine on the tapatalk for the user. Autoguide' not working.

    Ahh that explains why I couldn't find it. I read somewhere it was on Tapatalk but couldn't find it for love nor money.

    Poor show indeed. Autoguide is rubbish in comparison.

    I can get Autoguide to open but I can't login to this forum...
