I am here because I own an A500 and enjoy reading experiences and adding to posts. Best place to come when you need that little bit extra ;-)

It's quite good to see this thread revived. Some illuminating old posts actually which show how the forum has developed.  :thumb:

Here because i love these little cars, and it's a friendly place to be, unlike some, where people are so stuffy and full of their own importance.  :thumb:

    Hi everyone
Am coming to online forums in my dotage much to the amusement of my car mad son. Have just sold my beloved landrover defender 90 due to running costs and to regain my youth have bought a punto in grey with white stripes from dealer in Newcastle. My son thinks its cool - having plates transferred and picking car up at weekend so will be back with update. Cheers C

As others said, joined as I usually join the forum for the cars I own. Useful to hear other opinions, reviews on dealer service etc etc.  Lots of cliquey-ness on here though, the whole 'chicken and meat racing' stuff totally passed me by, no idea what that was all about. At least you don't get pounced on by the Pistonheads pedants on here!

I have ticked the 'owner' button, although this is not stricly true, at least not for another 10 hours  :D

This is the first owners forum I have joined, probably as my other cars haven't been worth discussing.

I am looking for advice, meets and general like-minded Abarth obessiveness

I'm here to find the warmth and humo(u)r that I had with my prior MX-5 forum, now that I've defected. American Fiat/Abarth sites still have sluggish user participation, poor site functionality, and a different mindset about their cars. So, I wandered over here. :)
