Title: Is there any way to edit posts or give 'likes'?

Apologies if this is the wrong forum, but I've been looking in vain for some way to give feedback for posts people have made (e.g. a 'like') and couldn't find any. If there isn't an easy way to do this, it'd be a nice little forum tweak to say 'thanks' to people who have given a helpful reply to a question.
And another one which I'm sure I'm just missing - is there any way to edit your own posts? I ended up giving 3 posts in quick succession in reply to someone's question when one edited post would have done the job.

We introduced for a bit of fun the 'Carlo rating' If you like click on the (+) on the left hand side.
You can modify your posts, but there is a time limit. Once this is exceeded, only a Moderator or Administrator can modify.

I've now posted 22 times so have hopefully passed the 'minimum posts' test (if there is one) :)
However I still can't click on a + to give a 'carlo rating' and the edit icon still does nothing, could there be a javascript issue perhaps?
I'm using the latest version Chrome but it performs exactly the same on Edge...
Is anyone else experiencing issues giving 'likes' or editing posts?

I have dug into the forums features an I think I have fixed it, you should be ok now to award Carlo points :thumb:

GTMartin, where should I be looking for this?
On the left of post, using those in the thread as an example, I have
Username Guessing user level, ie Administrator in your case, nothing for mj2k Position ie, Abarth Wannnabe/S2000 Member/etc Scorpion icons Profile pic (if set) Post count Carlo Rating Location (if set), so Herts in mj2k's case and blank for you and me. Icon row (view profile, personal message, email icon if set to allow messages)

Ahhh they're scorpion icons, I thought they were tiny mushrooms. Wondered what that was about ;D
Still no plus icon for me either and can't see it when I 'inspect element', guess I'll find out in a sec if I can edit posts now...

No plus icon for me, and I'm guessing the 'edit' icon should be in the 'moderator bar'?

Thanks, any chance you could get them into look into why I can't edit posts too pls? Doesn't seem to be a problem for me on other forums using the same code and doesn't appear to be an issue for many others on this forum, so I'm assuming there's something funny with my profile record in the back-end database.
