Apologies if this is the wrong forum, but I've been looking in vain for some way to give feedback for posts people have made (e.g. a 'like') and couldn't find any. If there isn't an easy way to do this, it'd be a nice little forum tweak to say 'thanks' to people who have given a helpful reply to a question.

And another one which I'm sure I'm just missing - is there any way to edit your own posts? I ended up giving 3 posts in quick succession in reply to someone's question when one edited post would have done the job.

We introduced for a bit of fun the 'Carlo rating' If you like click on the (+) on the left hand side.

You can modify your posts, but there is a time limit. Once this is exceeded, only a Moderator or Administrator can modify.

On the left of post, using those in the thread as an example, I have

Username
Guessing user level, ie Administrator in your case, nothing for mj2k
Position ie, Abarth Wannnabe/S2000 Member/etc
Scorpion icons
Profile pic (if set)
Post count
Carlo Rating
Location (if set), so Herts in mj2k's case and blank for you and me.
Icon row (view profile, personal message, email icon if set to allow messages)

Ahhh they're scorpion icons, I thought they were tiny mushrooms. Wondered what that was about 

Still no plus icon for me either and can't see it when I 'inspect element', guess I'll find out in a sec if I can edit posts now...

No plus icon for me, and I'm guessing the 'edit' icon should be in the 'moderator bar'?
