In short:
Although the least powerful it is the lightest, althought not feeling super fast, the car is very composed and smooth around the bends, the A500 set a good lap time (8th of their overall list) thanks to the very good handling helped by the esseesse set up,  a bit let down by the 5 speed gearbox instead of 6 speed like the competitors (something that I don't get either)

FIESTA- feels a lot faster thanks as well to the gear change, good fun as the rear likes to step out, super fun to drive with that rally style feel, it is a bit let down by the traction coming out if the bends. Although is and feel faster, it sets the same lap time as the A500

GTI- Fast and great tractions, fast to drive, set the fastest lap far, reaching the 4th place on their list
